In Mifflin County: The altar on the top of Jack’s Mountain is accessible from Jack’s Mtn. Road west of McVeytown and from Wills Road west of Belleville. Parking pull- off at the very top of the mountain. In Juniata County: Canal Park located off the Rt. 322 Arch Rock exit and the stretch of the Juniata River in between Port Royal and the Perry County line. See River Access for more information.

Walking Bridge over the Juniata River- Access from both sides: Bridge Street in Downtown Mifflintown and Main Street in Mifflin.
S.H. Rothermel Walking Trail- The trail extends from Victory Park under the river bridge in Downtown Lewistown to Crystal Springs Avenue along the Juniata River over the area commonly known as the “Tow Path.”
